My first experience with Richard occurred while I was attempting to repair a leaking master shower enclosure. Other vendors had insisted that I had a cracked shower pan, or a plumbing leak in the shower wall. Both very costly repairs. Instead of jumping to the same costly conclusions that other vendors had, Richard took the time to visit my home (On a Saturday morning for our convenience), inspect the problem area, and determined that the issue was simply missing grout near the shower floor.  I repaired the grout myself and resolved the issue at a fraction of the cost. RLP did all of this at no charge. To help out a fellow homeowner!"
